The integration with Shopee helps you to reach new customers by selling your products on the Shopee marketplace. It allows you to:
-
Import products easily from your E-Store and add them to your Shopee seller account.
-
Automatically sync inventory and product prices between your E-Store and Shopee.
-
Export your Shopee orders back to your E-Store hassle-free.
In order to start selling on Shopee you first need to create a seller account there:
-
Apply here for Shopee Malaysia. Then go to the Seller Centre and click Shop Profile to complete your shop profile. For more information, see the following article.
-
Apply here for Shopee Philippines. Then go to the Seller Centre click Shop Settings to complete your shop profile. For more information, see the following article.
-
Apply here for Shopee Singapore. Then go to the Seller Centre. For more information, see the following article.
The integration supports local marketplaces in these countries. It does not support cross-border selling within Shopee.
The Shopee platform has its own Terms and Conditions. Please make sure you read them carefully. Shopee platform charges a commission for sales processed via it. If you use Shopee-integrated shipping methods, make sure you know how much you will be charged for shipping.
Make the following settings in your Shopee account:
-
Set up Delivery Options for your products under Setting > My Shipment > Shipping setting.
-
Set up your Seller Wallet and specify bank accounts under Finance > Bank Accounts. You can find more details about managing your wallet from the Shopee team.
-
Set up Promotions for your products, decorate the store, manage traffic, and so on.
Shopee has a Help Center, Seller Education Hub and Chat that provide lots of details about Shopee Seller account interface and settings.
Before you start import of products from E-Store to Shopee, we recommend you complete the following:
-
Fill in all available information about your products in E-Store (description, images, weight and dimensions, options and variations). This allows you to pre-populate these details for product listings on Shopee.
-
Make sure all products have weight specified. Product weight should be more than 0 to be able to import them to Shopee.
-
If a product has several options (like different sizes or colors, for example) and you’d like to import all of those product options from your E-Store into Shopee, you will need to create a separate product variation for each separate combination of product options in your E-Store. That would allow importing all variations to Shopee.
Products in Shopee have a number of requirements for some fields, depending on the country. Below are the restrictions that, if not met, will result in a synchronization with the sync error status.
Product weight should be more than 0 for products for all markets.

To get started, you need to connect your Shopee Seller account.
-
In the side panel of the editor, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.
-
Click Other Channels, and then click Shopee.
-
Click Log In.
-
Select your Shopee account country (Malaysia, Singapore, or the Philippines), provide your login credentials, and click Log In. Products are imported and synchronized into that Shopee seller account and into the country you selected on the form.
Note
Your E-Store currency should match the Shopee Seller account currency for the integration to work. Otherwise there will be an error displayed about mismatch of the currencies, and it won’t be possible to proceed with the synchronization.
Shopee Authentication Privacy Policy sets a limited lifetime of the marketplace access token. Once the token expires, it is necessary to authenticate to the marketplace account again.
The token expires 30 days after the account connection. You can find information about the token expiration date in the Settings tab as well as in the alert window displayed on top of the application menu.
We recommend that you disconnect the marketplace account and connect that again before the expiration date. After the reconnection, synchronization of products and orders will continue working.
Within the app, you can disconnect your account and sign in again using another Shopee account or select another country to sign in to.
To disconnect your account and select another country:
-
In the side panel of the editor, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.
-
Click Other Channels, and then click Shopee.
-
Click the Settings tab, and then click Disconnect.
-
After the sign out, you are directed to the country selection page for authentication.
-
Click Log In. Shopee will determine that you have previously logged in and offer to either confirm the data and click Authorize or change your credentials by clicking Log in with other accounts.
