Lazada helps you to reach new customers by selling your products on the Lazada marketplace. It allows you to:

Automatically sync inventory and product prices between your E-Store and Lazada.

Export your Lazada orders back to your E-Store hassle-free.
In order to start selling on Lazada you first need to create a seller account:
The integration supports local marketplaces in these countries. It does not support cross-border selling within Lazada.
The Lazada platform has its own terms and conditions—please make sure you read them carefully. Lazada platform charges a commission for sales processed through it.
Make the following settings in your Lazada account:

Go to the My Account > Profile > Delivery Service and Shipping Providers sections to set up your delivery options.

Specify available Payment Methods under My Account > Profile section.

Set up promotions for your products, Decorate the store, manage traffic, and so on.

Before you start import of products from E-Store to Lazada, we recommend you complete the following:

Fill in all available information about your products in E-Store (description, images, weight and dimensions, options and variations). This pre-populates the details for product listings on Lazada.

If a product has several options (like different sizes or colors, for example) and you’d like to import all of those product options from your E-Store into Lazada, create a separate product variation with a unique SKU for each separate combination of product options in your E-Store.
To access the Lazada marketplace on your E-Store:

In the side panel of the editor, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.

Click Other Channels, and then click Lazada.
To get started, you need to select your account country and sign in to your Lazada Seller account. Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines are currently supported. You can then connect your E-Store with one country’s Lazada marketplace.
To select your country and sign in:

In the side panel of the editor, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.

Click Other Channels, and then click Lazada.

Select a country from the list, and then click Sign In.

Provide your credentials and click Sign In. You are prompted to select a default Category and Brand to assign to all products in the store. For more information, see Lazada Settings Page.
Note
Your E-Store currency should match the Lazada Seller account currency for the integration to work. Otherwise there will be an error displayed about mismatch of the currencies, and it won’t be possible to proceed with the synchronization.

Products from your E-Store are imported to Lazada as available products, so that they become available in Lazada marketplace automatically. If you would like to hide the products on the Lazada side (and make them available later) you can change product status in Lazada (on the Edit Product page).

If you delete a product in your E-Store and this product was imported to Lazada, the product is not removed from the Lazada seller account. You can remove the product (or make it unavailable) directly in Lazada if this product should not be available there.

Product Attributes. Once a product is imported to Lazada, special hidden attributes are created for this product in the E-Store. They can be seen on the product page, in the Attributes tab. Do not remove these attributes or their values for the product otherwise the synchronization will stop working.

Processing orders imported from Lazada. New orders from Lazada with a pending state (with the products synchronized from the E-Store to Lazada) are imported into the E-Store. To further process orders you need to log into your Lazada account and make further actions there (for example, prepare orders for shipping, print labels, and so on).
