The Products page of the application provides a list of products from your E-Store. On this page, you can search for and select which products from your E-Store that you’d like to list on Lazada. You can filter your products by category, stock level, and synchronization status.
You can also use this page to assign or change the categories and brands for your products in Lazada. You can see and change the current synchronization status for your products here.
To access the products page:

In the side panel of the editor, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.

Click Other Channels, and then click Lazada.

At the top of the page, click Products.
To prepare a product for synchronization and view its details, on the Products page, click Edit Product. The following information displays:

Information about the product that you have added in your E-store: image, product name, SKU, quantity, price.

Details specific to the Lazada integration: ID of the imported product on Lazada side, synchronization toggle, number of unsynchronized product variations if the product has variations, category in Lazada, brand in Lazada, product synchronization status.
Complete the product attributes and click Save Attributes.
With the application, you can import products from your E-Store to your Lazada Seller account and synchronize product price and quantity changes. On the Products page you can find each product synchronization status:

Success
This status means that the product was successfully imported or its price/quantity were synchronized. Next to the status icon you can see the date of the latest successful synchronization.

Synchronization Not Available/Enabled
This status means that the product can not be imported/synchronized into Lazada, because the product does not have the required fields from Lazada provided. To import the product or enable its synchronization, go to the product details page by clicking Edit product and follow the instructions there. Waiting for synchronization
This status means that product is ready for import/synchronization and you should enable the synchronization switcher, or that the product already has the switcher enabled and it's waiting in the synchronization queue (in this case no actions are required from you, you should wait while the application completes the product import/synchronization).

Sync error
This status means that the product was sent for synchronization, but Lazada returned an error trying to create/modify the product. Important: You can see the detailed error text when hovering your mouse over the error status icon. If you know how to solve the problem, you should make changes in the E-store or in the application itself. If you have difficulties in solving the problem, please contact the support team. If the product has Sync error status, its synchronization switch is automatically changed to Disabled status.
Each Lazada category has its own mandatory attributes that need to be specified for a product listed in this category. Depending on the category chosen for a product in the application, it is required to provide values for these attributes for the product.
There are two types of attributes:

Attributes that can be pre-filled from the data in your E-Store. Those are product weight and dimensions. We recommend setting their values for products right in your E-Store (Tax and Shipping tab on the product details page). If dimensions and weight are set for a product in E-Store, then their values are pre-set as the Lazada product listing attribute values. You can change these values in the application. However, changing the values in the application does not change them in the E-Store.

Attributes to be filled in manually. These are the fields that do not exist for products in E-store at all or it is not possible to match their values from E-Store to Lazada automatically for products. The set of these attributes varies depending on the Lazada category chosen for a product (that is, size, color, type and others). Once you set values for those attributes for a product (or variation) on the product details page in the application, that does not change any existing details (including options) for this product in E-Store. These values will be used for the product listing on Lazada only.
A product variation is a combination of possible product options, and you can set a separate image, price, quantity, and weight for each product variation. You can create variations for products that have only one option (for example, sizes S, M, and L) or multiple options.
It is possible to import and synchronize product variations to Lazada. If you have created variations for a product in your E-Store, the list of variations is displayed in the Variations section on the Product details page in the application.
To create a product variation:

In the side panel of the editor, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.

Click Other Channels, and then click Lazada. At the top of the page, click Products.

Click Edit Product for the product you want to create a variation of.

Click Create New Variation. Product variations can be created if a product has at least one option in the E-Store (color, size, and so on). To create an option, click Catalog, click Edit Product, and then click the Options tab.

Once you create at least one option and set its available values, the Variations tab will be available to you. To create a new variation, click New variation. This will open a window with a variation creation form.
