To access the settings page:

In the side panel of the editor, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.

Click Other Channels, and then click Lazada.

At the top of the page, click Settings.
To log out and select another country for your Lazada integration:

In the side panel of the editor, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.

Click Other Channels, and then click Lazada.

On the Settings page, click Disconnect.

Click Yes, Disconnect.

Select a country from the list and click Sign In.

The integration will automatically load any previously connected credentials. To change this, click Switch.

Select the country, provide your credentials, and click Sign In.
If you would like to stop using the integration, you can disconnect the two systems.

In the side panel of the editor, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.

Click Other Channels, and then click Lazada.

On the Settings page, click Disconnect.
After Lazada is connected to your E-Store, in order to list a product on Lazada, you must specify a default category and brand for the product. Lazada has its own list of available categories and brands to choose from.

In the side panel of the editor, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.

Click Other Channels, and then click Lazada.

On the Settings page, scroll to Default category and brand to select a category and brand from the lists. If your products apply to more than one category, select the category that covers most of the things you’ll be selling.
This will assign a category type and brand to all of the products in your E-Store that don’t have a brand or category already configured. While you can always assign new category and brand types for the products in your E-Store at any time, we recommend selecting a category and brand to start.
Note
Applying a Lazada category for a product in Lazada does not change the product category in your E-Store. It just allows you to select a category on Lazada marketplace under which the product will be sold.
On the Settings page, you can enable the following synchronization settings:

Sync product price changes from E-Store to Lazada. Since Lazada charges you a commission for sales, and also there may be some additional charges, you may want to set different product prices in Lazada. In this case you may want to disable synchronization of product price from your E-Store to Lazada.

Sync product quantity changes from E-Store to Lazada.

Sync orders from Lazada to E-Store. Orders from Lazada get imported to the E-store and are available in My Sales > Orders section in the E-Store Control Panel. If order synchronization is enabled, product quantity is adjusted in E-Store when a new order is imported.
Note
Synchronization of products and orders occurs at regular time intervals. The date of the latest synchronization for a certain product is displayed on the product card within the application. The date of the last order import is available in the Dashboard section.
