When an order is placed on the Lazada marketplace, and this order contains products imported from your E-Store, this order is imported to the E-Store (if you have enabled this option in the Settings). To view orders imported from Lazada, click My Sales, and then click Orders in the E-Store Control Panel. Such orders have a note that contains the Order Number in Lazada, so that you can easily find that order in your Lazada Seller account. Orders are imported from Lazada on a periodic basis, not immediately after they have been placed.
Please note that if an order in Lazada contains items not imported from your E-Store (for example, the ones you could add to Lazada directly), then information about all items are imported to your E-Store.
Once an order is imported from Lazada to E-Store, the quantity of the products is adjusted in E-Store accordingly to keep stock levels up-to-date.

Some details about customers (email, phone number, full addresses) are not imported to your E-Store. You can find full details about customers in your Lazada seller account.
Note
Lazada orders with Pending status are imported to your E-Store. Once an order is imported to the E-Store, you can further manage the order in your Lazada seller account under Orders and Reviews > Orders section. You can prepare the order for shipping (create an order and print shipping labels, and so on).
Order status changes are not synced from Lazada to E-Store or vice versa. If you change the order status in Lazada to Shipping or Delivered, for example, you may want to update the corresponding order status to Shipped, as well.
