The Dashboard page displays statistics about product synchronization and import of orders.
To access the Shopee Dashboard:
- In the side panel of the editor, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.
- Click Other Channels, and then click Shopee.
- Click Dashboard.
The following information displays on the Dashboard:
Number of successfully synchronized products (number of products with Success status).
Number of products with failed synchronization (number of products with Sync error status).
Number of products not sent for synchronization (number of products with Waiting for sync or Sync not enabled statuses).
Total number of products in your E-store.
Date and time of the latest order import from Shopee to your E-Store.
Click the refresh buttons to update the statistics or get the date and time of the latest order import.
Once a product is imported to Shopee, special hidden attributes are created for this product in the E-Store. They can be seen on the product page, in the Attributes tab. Do not remove these attributes or their values for the product otherwise the synchronization will stop working.
Processing Orders Imported From Shopee
New orders from Shopee with pending state (with the products synchronized from the E-Store to Shopee) are imported into E-Store. To further process orders you need to log into your Shopee account and make changes: prepare orders for shipping, print labels, and so on.
