The Chaty app provides WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and other chat buttons for your store, enabling you to:
- Get More Sales & Leads. Talk to your customers via their fav channels including: Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, Call, SMS, Viber, Telegram, and so on.
- Customization and Targeting. Change the colors, fonts, add a call-to-action message and show the chat widget at the right time!

Add the Chaty App
To add the Chaty app to your store:
- In the side panel of the editor, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.
- Click Apps, and then click App Market.
- Search for Chaty, and click the Chaty app.
- Click Install.
- Click Buy Now to select your plan.
The Chaty app is added to your store.
Configure Messengers
To configure the messengers available on your store:
- In the side panel of the editor, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.
- Click Settings, and then click Chaty - Chat Buttons.
- Select the chat channels you'd like to have available by clicking the icon associated with that chat channel.
- Type the information required for each channel. For example, type a phone number for WhatsApp.
- Click Save Changes.
Customize Widget
To customize the Chaty widget:
- In the side panel of the editor, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.
- Click Settings, and then click Chaty - Chat Buttons.
- Scroll to Customize your widget, and select the color, position, font and other design settings of your widget.
A preview of the widget appears under the Choose your channels section. - Click Save Changes.
Triggers and Targeting
To choose when your widget appears and in which default view:
- In the side panel of the editor, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.
- Click Settings, and then click Chaty - Chat Buttons.
- Scroll to Triggers and targeting, and select the icons view, default state, and triggers for you widget.
- Click Save Changes.
Display App on Specific Pages
To only show the Chaty app on specific pages of your site or during specific days and hours:
- In the side panel of the editor, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.
- Click Settings, and then click Chaty - Chat Buttons.
- Scroll to Triggers and targeting.
- Under Days and Hours or Show on, click Add Rule.
- Select a Rule and any additional configurations.
- Click Save Changes.
You may add as many rules as you want by clicking Add Rule again. To remove a rule, click the X next to the rule.
